Common issues and how to resolve them.

AI Generation Issues​

Generation Fails or Times Out​

  • Cause: Complex prompt or server load.
  • Solution: Simplify your prompt and try again. If the issue persists, wait a few minutes.

Results Don't Match Vision​

  • Cause: Vague prompt.
  • Solution: Be more specific. Mention lighting, mood, and camera angles. Use the "Reimagine" feature to iterate.

"Quota Exceeded" Error​

  • Cause: You have used all your generations for the month.
  • Solution: Upgrade your plan or wait for the monthly reset. Check usage in Workspace Settings.

Editor Issues​

Changes Not Saving​

  • Cause: Internet connection lost.
  • Solution: Check your connection. The editor auto-saves, but a red warning will appear if it fails.

Can't Reorder Panels​

  • Cause: You might be in a view mode that doesn't support drag-and-drop (though both usually do).
  • Solution: Switch to Timeline View for the most reliable reordering experience.

Brand Issues​

Low Brand Score​

  • Cause: Content deviates from Brand Book guidelines.
  • Solution: Review the specific feedback in the Brand Intelligence panel. Adjust tone, vocabulary, or visual descriptions to match your guidelines.
